I was hired by this pharmaceutical pricing firm to update their two websites, create brand-focused content, and ultimately enhance the user experience for the thousands of medical professionals that rely on the site for accurate drug pricing information.
Accurate, Convenient Drug Data for Health Care Professionals
Problem: The firm's key functionality is the presentation of drug information, but the original BuyandBill.com site had a somewhat non-intuitive and visually flawed design that detracted from this objective. Its informational hierarchy and presentation was jumbled and confusing for new users, and its use of color often obscured important content. Several of the pages also included dynamic content, requiring flexible designs that look sharp no matter the information that would be included.

Solution: I created numerous designs that emphasized both form and function, wrapping complex drug pricing information in well-organized, navigable, sleek designs befitting of an innovative pharmaceutical firm. I also introduced and integrated a new purple color to the firm's branding, helping to give it a livelier, fuller appearance.

This design makes sure to "cut to the chase" by including a large, conspicuous search bar right in the hero, demonstrating recognition of the primary audience's key goal: drug research. For first time users hoping to learn more, the page houses an overview of the company's services, an informational video, and numerous testimonials.
Drug Pricing
This core element of this design for BuyandBill.com's most vital page is a table that is easy to read and follow. By using a simple layout as a starting point and weaving in various collapsibles and clickable tools, this design remains approachable while still housing the bounty of information that BuyandBill offers to medical professionals.
Subscription Options
This classic subscription options page helps prospective site members quickly learn about each pricing tier and make an informed decision.
Drug Information
As a dynamic template that houses drug names, code lists, and 'about' paragraphs of wildly differing sizes, flexibility was the name of the game for this design. I created a page structure that always left room for varying content lengths, ensuring that the template would always hold its form. By incorporating some design fluorishes and leveraging color to create a clear hierarchy, I created a final product that eloquently and intuitively presents this complex information.

A two-column approach and the use of highlights on several key terms helps users to conveniently locate the information that they need.
